RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our Return and Refund Policy is in accordance to Australian Law, that is due to manufacturing defect or manufacturing damage we are happy to replace with another suitable case.
Does not cover wilful damage or general wear and tear.
Any changes to the structure of the case (seal damage, holes drilled into case, etc) will render the case not returnable.
Any refund due to a change in size will incur a 15% restock fee.
SHIPPING INFO
Packed in simple Packaging (Cardboard box or Parcel Pouch), shipping to most of Australia included in price. If possible, I'll try combine cases into a single carboard box or pouch for multiples.
Usually sent by courier or Australia Post (whichever is most suitable)
