DO YOU PROVIDE DISCOUNTS ?
This is usually formulated on a basis of repeat customers, or a large quantity - usually at the discretion off my suppliers.
CAN YOU DO CUSTOM FOAM FITMENTS FOR MY PELICAN CASE?
Most certainly, I can even do most other styles of polymer transport cases. As long as I can find the CAD dimensions - I've done most of them. If I cannot find the specific CAD dimensions for the case - a quick email is usually suffice to find out.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
Right now, I'm based on the North side of Brisbane (Pine Rivers Area), but have contacts in Sydney & Melbourne if necessary for Custom Measurement ( custom measurement fee applies - with COVID-19 precautions ).

Emails are usually quicker and cheaper.

If needed, in the Brisbane area I can come to most areas & measure personally ( COVID-19 precautions apply ) by arranged appointment.

HOW SOON CAN I GET A QUOTE ?
Typically a day or two with emails, but usually under a week.
DO YOU CONSTRUCT THE CASES YOURSELF ?
I have an in depth understanding of the construction of various plywood road or aluminium flight cases and also have designed & built them for the past 18 years, both in Sydney ( at Samuelson Cases Australia & in Brisbane at Cases.com.au ).
I think that it was best for me now to concentrate on the design aspect due to current circumstances.
Now I am able to forward on designs to some highly reputable case builders, many of which I've had professional relationships with, to which I can personally vouch for their build quality and reputation.
WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME ?
For Ready made cases in stock, it can be as small as a few days.
With Custom Designed cases - after approval of drawings, I'd forward them onto my suppliers to which I'd get an answer back as soon as possible.
